Why students finish, and why you can charge a premium →

You have been meaning to build this for months, if not years.

Just hand over what you already know. We hand back the whole thing — a mastermind course in your voice, worth $1,000 or more, hosted and ready to take payments, with the sales funnel and the strategy to fill it.

A mastermind stopped at twelve people because there is only one of you. There still is. Your judgement just stopped being the bottleneck — fifteen minutes of it a day now delivers what would take you thirty hours a month by hand. Here's how.

Instant. Endless. Free. And nobody is expecting her.
What she asks AI, at 11pm

“Am I doing this right?”

A genuinely good answer, in 0.8 seconds, and it will only get better.
Nobody will ever know whether she did it. So mostly, she won't.

Module 3 · The step everybody skips
In lesson 4 you wrote that the third step was the one you kept rushing. That is the one to slow down on. Want me to pull up what you wrote? Her tutor, taught from your lessons
Rachel, a student one module aheadRachel finished this module on Tuesday. She is your study partner this week.

The answers were never the scarce part. Someone waiting to see whether she did it — that is what she paid over $1,000 for.

"This time was TOTALLY DIFFERENT compared to other services I've tried. They took the time to research my brand and produced a course that EXCEEDED my expectations!"

Tammy Leitzel

A mastermind experience, at scale.
A woman writing in a notebook at her kitchen table with coffee
Moment one · Week one

“Somebody actually asked me what I wanted.”

A normal course

Forty videos and a login. You start at module one because it is first, not because it is what you need.

A mastermind course

You are asked what you are here for and which evenings you can study. You say Tuesdays. Everything after that is built around your answer.

Built withMy PlanFirst Step
A man working at a laptop at home in the evening
Moment two · Tuesday, 11pm

“I got stuck at eleven at night, and got a real answer.”

A normal course

You post into a group and wait. By the time anyone answers you have moved on, or given up.

A mastermind course

An answer built from your coach's own lessons, pointing at the exact place she covers it — and it never invents something she never said. It is also sharper than it was last month, because every answer she has corrected since has taught it how she would have said it.

Built withCourse AssistantSticking Points

Moment three · Week two

“She knew what I was stuck on before I said anything.”

A normal course

You stall. Nobody notices. It becomes one more thing you paid for and did not finish.

A mastermind course

Your coach is told that you stopped, and why: the check you failed, the lesson you replayed twice. What arrives is a message about exactly that, with half an hour on a call if you want it. Not “we miss you”. “You stopped at the module three check — here is the ninety-second version.”

Built withWho Needs YouNudgeOne to One

Moment four · Week three

“Ten of us were stuck on the same thing, so she ran a session on it.”

A normal course

A monthly group call about whatever comes up, which is rarely the thing you are stuck on.

A mastermind course

Forty of the fifty are flying and need nothing. Ten stalled at the same step, and your coach is told which ten. A thirty-minute live session goes out to those ten, on that step, that week.

Built withWho Needs YouLive Workshop

Moment five · Week four

“It turned out I was not doing it on my own.”

A normal course

You are one of two hundred names on a list, and you have never spoken to a single one of them.

A mastermind course

You are introduced to somebody one module ahead of you. You check in on Fridays. Neither of you is the coach, and neither of you is a bot — just two people at the same stage.

Built withStudy Buddies

Moment six · The day she finishes

“I finished it, and I have something to show for it.”

A normal course

A congratulations email and a PDF anybody could have typed. Nothing she would put in front of a client or an employer.

A mastermind course

A certificate in her name the moment she finishes, carrying your signature and a QR code. Scan it and you land on a verification page: the number, the date, who issued it. It holds up when a stranger checks — and every scan puts your name in front of somebody new.

And that is the moment she becomes your best customer.

A stranger buys 5 to 20 per cent of the time. Somebody who has already bought from you, 60 to 70.* She has bought, finished, and got the result — whatever you make next, she is already waiting for it.

Buy those four things separately — a tutor who knows your work, somebody watching, a partner, a coach who turns up when you are stuck — and you have just described a mastermind. At ten times the price.

“But could they not just ask AI?”

They will. That is not the question. The question is what happens next.

How do you deliver a mastermind experience at scale, without having a nervous breakdown?

Four things carry it. Not one of them is you working harder.

A woman recording a lesson at home with a phone and a ring light 01 It learns how you answer. Then you stop answering twice. It learns from your course material, from the way you reply to people in your DMs, and from what you post as the months go on. It is not collecting facts, it is finding patterns: the question you have now answered four times, the objection you always meet the same way. Every pattern it finds is one more thing already drafted before it reaches you. It is on a permanent mission to take repetition out of your day. What they get Answers in the way you actually answer, because it learned from the way you actually answer, not from a manual you had to sit down and write. What you do Nothing extra. It learns from the work you were already doing.
A man reading something on his phone over morning coffee 02 It knows the student before you open the message. It is watching what every student actually does: what they finished, where they stalled, what they asked last week, what they said they wanted on day one. So when one of them needs you, there is nothing to look up and nothing to remember. The message is already written and already personal to that person. You answer, and go straight to the next one. No preparing beforehand and no writing it up afterwards, because it is being done continuously in the background. — in your voice, naming the exact check that student stopped at. You are reading and pressing send, not composing. That is the difference between an evening and a coffee. What they get A reply that obviously knows them: their goal, their week, and the exact place they got stuck. What you do Read, approve, next. You never have to look anybody up first.
A woman on a one to one video call at home 03 Your hours go to the problems only you can solve. Live sessions and one to ones are the most expensive thing you own, so they are spent on the only work that genuinely needs you: the real problems, the judgement calls, the part where your experience is what unlocks it. You never go hunting for who needs that. The people who do are brought to you with the reason already attached, and everything a system could handle has been handled before it reaches your calendar. You are told the few who are genuinely stuck this week, and the one thing the whole cohort is failing — so a single live session covers the group, and a handful of calls cover the rest. That is the 80/20, done by name instead of by guesswork. What they get Time with you at the moment it changes something, rather than a slot they booked hopefully three weeks ago. What you do Turn up, with the agenda already written. This is the part you wanted to do.
A group of people laughing together while looking at their phones 04 Your inbox is not just empty. It is protected. None of this arrives by email. Every question, comment, booking and session lives inside your community, so there is no inbox to fall behind on and no thread to lose something in. What reaches you is a draft and a decision: approve it, or tell the AI how you would rather it were said and let it write it again. And a comment there answers one person and everybody at that stage at once, which is the thing email could never do. — posts to write, questions to answer, a room that goes quiet if you look away for a week. All of it is drafted: your posts, your comments, your answer to the question you already covered in module four, with the link to where you cover it. What they get One place where everything happens, and answers they can see, rather than answers buried in somebody's email. What you do Approve it, or say how you want it changed. Nothing lands in your personal inbox.

You just built a mastermind. It costs you a morning a week.

Almost all of it runs whether you are there or not. The only hours it genuinely asks for are the ones where a person has to turn up: the live session, and the handful of calls. Which are the two you wanted to do anyway.

Ten of them. Tap any one for what it does, what a student actually gets from it, and what it assumes.

Thirty students · Eight weeks

  • Nothing at allThe tutor, their plan, the daily watching, the certificates. Built once, and it costs the same at thirty students or five hundred.
  • A few minutes a weekReading what has been drafted and pressing send. The nudges, the welcomes, the room, the pairings.
  • About three quarters of an hour a weekThe part where a person has to turn up. A live session every other week, and the occasional one to one.

And every one of the thirty gets the month you read about at the top of this page.

Which leaves the rest of the week for the reason you did this.

  • One personal touch = 30 minutes of felt attention. Reading where somebody is, remembering what they said last time, and answering properly is half an hour of care to the person receiving it.
  • Five touches per student, per month. The welcome and their plan · two answers when they are stuck · a study-partner introduction · a nudge when they go quiet.
  • Your side: fifteen minutes a day, plus thirty minutes for one live session on whatever the group is stuck on.
  • Your number does not move as students are added — that is the entire point. The drafting, the watching and the noticing do not get slower with more people.
  • These are assumptions, not measurements. They are here so you can judge them rather than take them on trust.

Four things a mastermind gave people. All four now fit inside a course.

This is what your students get for their money. Read the four, then decide whether you would pay for it.

An older woman listening closely to a younger woman across a table
01 · Someone who knows them

A tutor that has read every word you ever recorded

Not support, and not a search box. It answers from your lessons, your transcripts and your call recordings — and nothing else.

  • Cites the lesson each answer came from
  • Will not invent an answer you never gave
  • Awake at 11pm, which is when they are stuck

The answer is still yours. It just stopped needing you to be awake.

A woman by a window smiling at a message on her phone
02 · Someone who notices when they stop

Every Monday, the four people about to quit

Ranked by who you can actually help, with the behaviour named rather than a score attached.

  • Failed the same check more than once
  • Was going well, and has stopped
  • Somebody who never started is the lowest priority, not the highest

They will never know they were on a list. They will only know that you noticed.

Two women working together over a laptop, laughing
03 · Someone at their level

Paired with the student one step ahead

Two people stuck at the same point fail together, so the pairing is deliberately uneven.

  • Nobody is ever told that somebody turned them down
  • Pods, teams and head-to-head when a group needs it
  • Twelve formats, from Daily Streak to Accountability Pods

The person who gets them moving is three weeks further on. That is all it ever takes.

A woman outdoors with her arms raised, celebrating at her laptop
04 · Something to finish for

A plan they said out loud, and something with their name on it

Nobody finishes a library. People finish the thing they have told somebody they were going to finish.

  • Their own plan, at their own pace
  • A check at the end of each lesson, so “done” means something
  • A certificate on completion, issued automatically, in their name

Finishing was the outcome you sold them. It is the one thing free answers have never delivered.

Four things. Fifteen minutes of your morning.

You approve them with your coffee, mostly by talking. And it is the rare fifteen minutes that compounds — every note you leave is learned, so you never explain the same thing twice, and the course is better next month than it is today.

And none of this expires. Every one of these four gets stronger as AI gets better, not weaker — because the scarce thing was never the answer. It was a person who is expecting you. Better AI just means more of that, for less of your time. You are not buying something that survives AI. You are buying something that improves with it.

So what do you actually do? About fifteen minutes.

Not a day in your life. Just the fifteen minutes. This is a Tuesday in week two, with two hundred students on the course.

This is what you would be doing each day, built from the experience you just switched on. Change what is on above and this changes with it.

And this is you doing it. It has read every lesson you recorded and everything your students did this week. It never acts on its own — it asks, you answer, often just by talking. And every answer teaches it how you would have put it.

Everything else ran without you. And every note you left just taught it your course, your way.

That was your fifteen minutes, and every bit of it sounded like you.

A stuck group unstuck. Six people welcomed by name. Three questions answered. Two students moved up. That was your fifteen minutes — and every bit of it sounded like you.

Ten years ago this was somebody's full-time job, so almost nobody did it. That is what changed.

And it barely moves as the room fills.

Fifteen is the ceiling, not the average — the recommended setup at two hundred students comes to fourteen minutes a day: five for reading what it found overnight, the rest approving what it drafted for you. And it is not a small number that grows into a big one. Twenty times the students takes it from about six minutes to about fourteen. Three things do that.

01

The work that grows is the cheap work.

Everything that arrives in proportion to your roll arrives already written. Four students stall in a week at twenty; forty of them at two hundred. You are reading it and pressing send either way, and it is about a minute each either way.

1 min a day at 20 · 6 min a day at 200

02

The work that costs real time does not grow at all.

One live session serves the whole cohort, whatever size it is. Calls go only to the few who genuinely need one, and you are told which. Neither is priced per student, which is exactly why a mastermind used to stop at twelve people and this does not.

One session serves ten or five hundred

03

And a correction only has to be made once.

When a draft is not how you would have put it, you change it and say why in a line. It offers that back to you as a rule, you tick it, and every draft after that follows it. Nothing changes your voice unless you say so, and you never have to say the same thing twice.

Say it once, tick it, done

Nobody ever paid for information. They paid to stop guessing.

You could always have found it. There were libraries, and then there was Google, and coaches sold four-figure programmes straight through both of them. Nobody ever thought that was strange.

What changed this time is not that the answer became available. It became infinite. Ten answers in thirty seconds, all fluent, all confident, and not one of them knowing a single thing about you.

So the scarce thing moved. It used to be the information. Now it is knowing which of the answers is yours, in what order, and whether you have got it wrong yet.

That cannot be generated, because it is not a fact. It is a judgement about one specific person, made by somebody who has already stood where they are standing. Everything else about your field got cheaper this decade. That got rarer.

Which is what your students were buying all along. Free information did not take it away from you. It made it obvious.

So what can't they get free?

Fourteen things. Not one of them can be downloaded, generated or searched for, and every one is already built into what you are buying. Open any group.

01 You3 things+
Somebody who has actually done it Your frameworks, your stories, your judgement. The course is written from your own intake and narrated in your own voice. The floor of generated content keeps rising. The number of people who have actually done the thing does not.
A sequence, not a library Ten answers is not an education. A course is an ordered path with one next thing at a time, and deciding that order is the work nobody can outsource to a search box.
A course that gets better because they took it You are shown where your course loses people — which lesson, which check, whereabouts in the video — and what to change. Every student after them gets a better version.
02 Not being stuck on your own4 things+
An answer at midnight, from your material and nobody else's The tutor has read every lesson and every word spoken in every video. It answers at midnight without waking you, and it points at the exact lesson rather than improvising.
A hint instead of the answer Checks are answered in their own words, and they get a hint rather than a mark. Free AI hands over the answer, which is precisely why it is not teaching them anything.
It knows when to fetch you It is built to hand over to the human, not to stand in for one. That is a decision about where a machine should stop, and it is the opposite of what a general assistant does.
Privacy that is built, not promised It cannot read another student's private work, because the search is scoped by who is asking before the question is ever seen. That is enforced in the machinery, not asked for in an instruction.
03 Being known by name3 things+
Asked why they came, then actually remembered On day one they say why they are here and which days they can study. Everything sent to them afterwards uses their own words back to them.
Somebody noticing they stopped Nine signals watch for it: failed the same check more than once, was going well and has stopped, keeps asking about the same lesson without moving on, never did the first task.
Ranked by who you can actually help Not by who is worst off. Somebody who enrolled and never opened anything is the lowest priority in the system, because there is nothing useful to say to them yet. Somebody stuck on one check is a real conversation.
04 Other people4 things+
Somebody at their level, going through it right now Students are paired with someone at a similar point and introduced. People who study with somebody finish.
Paired slightly unevenly, on purpose Two people stuck at exactly the same point fail together and confirm each other's exit. So one of the pair is always a little further ahead.
Never experienced as a rejection The pairing names nobody. They agree to the idea of a study partner, not to a person, so there is no screen anywhere in which somebody turned them down.
Finishing, and it counting for something Streaks, badges, a certificate at the end, and a real room of people to finish alongside rather than a folder of videos.

Every one of those is a decision somebody made about how people actually behave when they are learning something hard. That is the part that cannot be generated.

Teaching it was never the hard part. Getting them to finish was.

So your course runs as a game. Not points bolted onto a folder of videos — twelve formats built from the things that actually make people keep going, and a game that notices what your students were doing anyway.

  1. Mon Opens lesson three. Day four of their streak — they do not want to break it.
  2. Tue The daily email tells them what is happening today, and who else is at the same point.
  3. Wed Upvotes somebody's post the way they always would. The game scores it. They did not fill anything in.
  4. Thu Their study partner asks what they are finishing this week.
  5. Fri Finishes lesson three. Badge. Back on the board.

Still your course. Still your voice. They just had four reasons to come back, and none of them were you chasing.

Twelve formats, drawn from the ones that already work — the 30-day run, the daily prompt, the build sprint, the accountability pod, the bracket, the read-along:

Daily streakBuild sprintQuick-win launchA prompt a dayWeekly bootcampTarget raceBingo cardRead-alongShowcase voteTeam relayAccountability podsHead to head

Every one of them tells you where it fails as well as where it works, because a library in which everything is good at everything is a library nobody can choose from.

The better AI gets, the more this is worth.

Four reasons it gets better as the models do, rather than being flattened by them.

Whatever the best model is, that is the one you are running.

The platform asks for a level of quality, not a brand name. When something better ships it is swapped in underneath you, with no migration and nothing for you to do. You are never left on last year's version, and never betting on one company staying ahead.

HowOne change, made once, for everybody. Your course neither knows nor cares which model answered.

It learns you. And what it learns belongs to you.

Every draft you change teaches it how you would have put it, so the share it gets right first time keeps climbing. A better model does not replace that material, it reads it better. Anyone can rent the same model. Nobody else has your years of answers.

HowThe number on that slider goes down over time, not up. The same course asks less of you next year than it does this year.

Your course gets better while you are not looking.

It sees which lesson loses people, which check they fail twice, and where the cohort stalls. Each one is fixed once, and every student after that gets the better version. What you sell in a year is a stronger product than the one you launch, without you rewriting it.

HowWhere they stop, what they retry, and what they ask at eleven at night. Bottlenecks, named.

Information keeps getting cheaper. Your people do not.

What your students are paying for is the room they are in and the fact that you turn up in it. That does not depreciate when the models improve. As your community grows it is worth more, because there is more of it and still only one of you.

HowA live session on what the group is stuck on, a call when somebody needs one, a partner one step ahead. Every one of those is a person.

Every year, more of the admin comes off you.

It is half an hour a week today, and it keeps shrinking as the models get better. There is only one place those hours can go, and it is the same place your students are.

HowThe drafting, the watching, the chasing and the answering are already done before they reach you. That share only grows.

They finish. Which is what makes the second sale possible.

Nobody buys the follow-up to a course they abandoned. Students who finish come back for the next one, and they bring the people they told about it.

HowAll of the above, pointed at one number: how many of them get to the end.

Swipe, or tap a heading

And if you ever want to leave, you take all of it with you.

Your contacts export to a spreadsheet whenever you want them. Your course files are yours from the day they are delivered, and you can host them anywhere you like.

And the part nobody else offers to hand over: everything it has learned from you. Your material, your corrections, the way you answer, your community and its history. Download all of it whenever you like, in a form another AI can pick up and carry on with.

We would rather you could leave easily and decided not to.

Which is what the rest of this page is for. What you sell them next.

That is the product. Now the money.

A better way to sell it. Even with no traffic yet.

Even if you are starting from scratch today, with nobody on a list.

An illustration of your order feed. The money is paid straight into your own Stripe account. We take no commission on your sales, and no monthly fee for hosting the course they bought.

The old wayA lead magnetA PDF, a checklist, a short video. It still works, and that is the problem with it: everybody has one, and they all land in the same inbox on the same morning.
What you give away nowA real courseThree or five days, live, with a room of people in it and you in it, on the same fifteen minutes a day you just costed out. Not a preview of the work. The work, at a smaller size.

Which makes it the best possible sample of you. They finish having actually got somewhere, and somebody who has just made a real gain does not need to be pitched. The paid course is simply the next thing they want.

Give away the course you could have sold for $500.

Not a checklist. Not a taster video. The course you would have charged $500 for before AI existed — and you can afford to give it away now, which is the part almost nobody has noticed yet.

01
You are not the one running itThe tutor answers at midnight. The game keeps them moving. The report tells you who to speak to.
02
You put it everywhereYour site, your social, the end of every post, any ad you run. People can tell inside the first lesson that it is real.
03
You keep it shortDays, not months. Something they finish, because everything after this depends on them reaching the end.

And they reach the end having been taught by you, noticed by you, and introduced to the people doing it alongside them. At which point your $1,000 course is not a leap. It is the obvious next thing.

That is the whole strategy. The generosity is the marketing.

You give away A real course, free Not a checklist they could generate themselves in thirty seconds. Something with your actual thinking in it.
→
They experience it A mastermind, and a quick win Answered at midnight, nudged when they stall, introduced to the people doing it alongside them, and out the other end with a result they can point at. Almost nobody has had that from something free.
→

We build both of them for you, in your voice. You give the first away. They buy the second, at $1,000 to $3,000.

So what would yours be?

Pick whichever is closest to what you do. A short one you give away, and the one they buy afterwards.

You give this away

    →
12.6% → 64-85%How many finish. The median online course, against a course with a cohort's ingredients. Short is what makes it finishable, which is why the free one runs in days rather than months.
5-20% → 60-70%The odds of the next sale. A stranger, against somebody who has bought from you once. Which is why the entry course is often worth selling for a little rather than only giving away.

Completion: Class Central median, and cohort figures reported by Harvard Business School and a 32,000-course dataset. Next-sale odds: Farris et al., Marketing Metrics.

So how do you get people into it?

It is a real course, not a download. That changes where you can put it. Tap the one that is you to see the plays that fit.

    One strategy. Eight starting points.

Give away a real course, earn the right to sell the big one. What changes is where you are standing when you begin. Find the one that is you — that is the version we will build you first.

Your community has gone quiet The course that unlocks the door. They finish the free course and the community opens. Completion becomes the price of entry, so the people inside are the people who did the work. Entry courseCommunity
You are delivering 1:1 and out of hours The 30-day sprint. A short run with a daily obligation and other people doing it alongside them. One of you, many of them, and it finishes. Entry courseCommunity
Years of content, no product Community first. The community is the product, and both courses live inside it. Everything you have already written becomes the reason to join rather than something you never packaged. CommunityBoth courses
An audience, and nothing above $200 to sell them The flagship intake. One big cohort a few times a year, and everything else exists to fill it. The audience you already have stops being a newsletter and starts being a pipeline. Entry courseHigh-ticket
Your list has gone cold The live opener. One free live session, no replay. A dead list will not open another newsletter, but it will turn up once for something that only happens once. CommunityHigh-ticket
You launched a course and it did not sell The loss leader. Ads point straight at the entry course. It pays for itself, and the high-ticket course is the profit. Nothing has to sell cold again. Entry courseHigh-ticket
You have no audience yet The good giveaway. The entry course replaces the lead magnet entirely. Nothing to download, something to finish, and the people who finish it are your first real list. Entry course
They have already bought something from you Certificate, then the invitation. They finish, they get certified, and that is the moment you ask. Not before, and never cold. Entry courseHigh-ticket

It is the same strategy underneath every one of them, and you own all three pieces from day one. Start where you actually are, and change your mind next quarter if you want to.

    Not our theory. Their numbers.

    That is the selling done

You have the product. You have the way to sell it.Now: how it gets built for you.

Nothing from here on is a job for you. This is the part we do.

How it works, start to finish

Six stages, from the day you hand your material over to your course live and taking payment.

What it’s worth to your clients $0
Raw expertise in your headA $1,000+ premium product
    1
    In your head handed over

You hand over everything you have

Ten minutes or ten hours, whichever you have in you. A voice note, a conversation, or a folder of everything you have written on the subject. There is no form to fill in properly. We take one 120-second voice sample too, because that is what your narration is cloned from.

As much or as little as you like

    Handed over signed off

You and your strategist agree the plan

A call with your course strategist to settle the things that decide whether it sells: the core structure, the sales strategy, and how those two work together. You come off that call knowing exactly what is being made. Nothing gets built until you have signed it off.

Agreed before a word is written
    3
    Signed off two courses

    We design both courses

The flagship they buy, and — on Premium and Academy — the short free one that gets them in the door. Both are built from the same intake, in the same voice, so the second reads as the obvious next step rather than a second pitch.

    A ladder, not a one-off
    4
    Two courses built

    We build everything

Written lessons, video modules, slides, branded workbooks, assessments and tools, for everything your tier includes. You approve each milestone, and we do the building.

    Every asset, made for you
    5
    Built in your voice

Brought to life in your voice

We clone your voice to narrate every module, so there is no camera, no studio, and nothing to re-record when you change your mind later. It sounds like you on a good day.

Authority that genuinely sounds like you
    6
    In your voice live

We switch on what runs it

Your community, the tutor that answers from your own lessons, the game that keeps people finishing, and a payment page ready to take money. Hosted for life, and we take no commission on anything you sell.

    Live, and running without you

That is the whole build. One handover and one call from you, and the rest is ours.

You approve each milestone. Most builds are delivered inside 14 to 21 days.

    Done-for-you is a dial, not a switch.

Every stage above happens either way. The only thing that changes is how much of it you want to touch, and we have always worked with both kinds of coach.

Hands off Answer the questions and leave it with us.

Hand over what you have, in whatever form it is already in, and take the strategy call. We architect the curriculum, write the lessons, narrate them in your voice and package the lot. You approve each milestone.

Your part: one handover, one call, 120 seconds of voice
Meet us halfway Send us what you already have.

Workshop slides, a webinar transcript, worksheets, book chapters, half-finished notes. Upload up to 20 files and we build the course around your material instead of from a blank page.

Up to 20 files, read and used
    Hands on Write alongside us.

The course sits in your own dashboard, not ours. Open any lesson in the editor, rewrite a paragraph, reorder your modules, swap a worksheet. Nothing locks when we hand it over.

Every lesson editable, for as long as you own it

Turn it up in the weeks you have time and down in the weeks you do not. It changes how the course gets made. It does not change what you end up with.

The part nobody warns you about

You always knew the material. Making it was the problem.

Between knowing your subject and having a course somebody can buy sits a production job. Most coaches discover it about a fortnight in. Here is the whole of it.

    1. Write the scriptKnowing a thing and sequencing it so somebody else learns it are two different skills. This is the blank page that quietly eats your Sundays.
    2. Record itA quiet hour you do not have, your own voice in your ears, and a stumble at minute nine that costs you the whole take.
    3. Record it againBecause you changed one sentence. Same room, same distance from the mic, same energy you had three weeks ago.
    4. Build the slidesEvery one of them, consistent with each other, and not looking like a deck from 2011.
You do not write, record, re-record or design any of it.
    1. Sync your voice to the slidesTimings, cuts, the ums, the export. Then the re-export, because slide fourteen was wrong.
    2. Design the structureWhat counts as a module, what counts as a lesson, and what order any of it belongs in.
    3. Make the workbooksThe worksheets, checklists and downloads that make it worth what you intend to charge.

Not one of those is yours. You talk. We make all of it.

And the one that never ends

You will never re-record anything. Change your mind in month four, rewrite the paragraph, and the narration comes back in your voice. No microphone, no matching the room, no trying to find the energy you had in March.

The production job is the product. You talk; we make every piece of it.

And it rests on one thing: that the voice actually sounds like you. You have already heard it — the clip further up was the clone.

    So what actually lands?

Not a folder of videos. A course somebody finishes.

Every asset below is built for you, written from your own material and narrated in your own voice. This is what arrives at the end of the build.

    Driver 1 of 5 · Structure
Your client always knows exactly where they are — and what’s next.
    Without it

A pile of videos feels overwhelming. They stall early and never finish.

    With our build

A clear module path removes the overwhelm, so they keep moving forward.

    Driver 2 of 5 · Planning
Ideas become a step-by-step plan they actually do.
    Without it

Inspiration fades the moment the video ends — nothing changes.

    With our build

Workbooks and action steps turn each insight into something they apply that day.

    Built with:Fillable workbooksCheat sheetsChecklists
    Driver 3 of 5 · Engagement
They stay hooked — present and involved, lesson after lesson.
    Without it

Passive content gets half-watched, then quietly abandoned.

    With our build

Your own voice plus interactive worksheets keep them active, not just watching.

    Built with:AI-voice narrationWorksheetsBonus audio
    Driver 4 of 5 · Momentum
Small wins stack up, and their motivation compounds.
    Without it

Progress feels invisible, so energy drains and they drift away.

    With our build

Milestones, certificates and bonus content make progress feel real and exciting.

    Built with:CertificatesGuided meditationsE-book & audiobook
    Driver 5 of 5 · Accountability
They don’t quit — they cross the line and get the result.
    Without it

Going it alone, most people never make it to the finish.

Every piece, made for you.The materials we build, in your voice · scroll through

That’s the difference between content your clients consume — and a transformation they complete, then thank you for.

    Can you hear the difference?

Worried a cloned voice sounds robotic? Take the blind test. One clip is a real client in her own voice. The other is her AI voice — narrating a lesson she never recorded, built from a short sample. Play both — can you tell which is which?

    Clip A🎤 Her real voice
Tap to listenA real client, speaking unscripted
    0:000:40
    Clip B✨ Her AI voice
Tap to listenNarrating a lesson she never recorded
    0:001:24
Same voice — because one created the other.
Clip A is a real client speaking in her own voice. Clip B is her own voice narrating a lesson she never sat down to record — built from a short sample of that very voice. If you can’t tell them apart, neither will your clients. Yours is built exactly the same way, from 120 seconds of you — not a voice we pick for you, but yours, which is why your students hear you rather than a narrator.
Recording a course the old way
    • Script it, memorise it, perform it on camera
    • Studio, mic, lighting, a quiet room
    • Take after take after take
    • Hours of editing, then re-recording
    • Change one line? Redo the whole thing
Weeks of work — the #1 reason it never ships.
    With your AI voice
    • Record one 120-second voice sample
    • We narrate every module in your voice
    • Polished and confident, every line
    • Change a lesson? Edit text, not retakes
    • Add meditations & bonus content anytime
Done in days — with nothing to record.

That’s the real unlock: the hours of recording — the thing that stops most coaches ever finishing — simply disappear. One sample becomes a content engine you can use forever.

"The product itself is so outstanding. You guys over-delivered; it's bigger than I could have even dreamed of. It really, materially does what it says it's going to do."

Dr. Rev. Nicole Sebastian · The Dream Team

    Alex Braganza, founder of Replicants
    A note from the founder

Why we are building these now

You probably know us already. We have spent years helping coaches sell their expertise, through webinars, funnels and communities, and the thing that stopped people was almost never the knowledge. It was the months it took to turn that knowledge into something they could actually sell.

That part has changed, and it changed faster than most people have noticed. My team builds these the way we would build our own — your frameworks, your stories, your voice, and the community and tools that keep your students getting to the end.

You hand over what you have and take one call. We do the rest, and if you are not proud of what comes back, the thirty days are there for you to walk away in.

Alex Braganza Founder, Expertise.tv and replicants.ai

What actually kills a course, and it is never the content

It is the moment a student hits something they do not quite understand at 11pm, has nobody to ask, and closes the tab.

They don't come back. You never hear from them again, and you never get to sell them anything else. So every student gets a tutor who has read every word of your course — built into the player, included for life, not an add-on and not a monthly extra.

Your course ships with an AI assistant built into the player — and it has read your entire course. Every lesson, and every word spoken in every video, because it reads your transcripts too.

✓Ask it anything about your material and it answers — grounded in what you actually taught, quoting your lessons back.
✓Ask it something your course doesn't cover and it says so. It will never invent an answer and put it in your mouth.
✓When it can't help, it hands the student straight to you — one click, into your inbox, while they are still motivated.
✓It answers from your course only. Not the internet, not another coach's material, not a guess.

Stuck students don't finish. Students who finish buy again. That is the whole reason this is in the box.

Everything you have just seen, hosted for life

Not a folder of video files and good luck. The whole thing runs on our course platform, on your own domain, and you never pay the $97 a month it normally costs.

One system, not fiveCommunity, courses, video hosting, email nudges and payments. Integrated, not wired together by you.
Your domain, your brandCustom domain, completely white label. No branding of ours anywhere on it, including the address.
Designed how you want itCustomisable throughout, so it looks like you and like nobody else.
Built so students finishProgress, streaks, points, certificates, and knowledge checks after lessons.
Your student list is yoursExportable, always, whatever you decide to do later.
Checkout built inYour own payment page. Nothing else to buy, nothing else to wire up.
No platform fee, for lifeNormally $97 a month. On this deal, never.
No commission from usNot on the entry course, not on the $1,000 one, not ever. Your card processor charges its own fee, and that one is not ours to waive.

The hard sale is the first one. After that the next course is a formality, which is why completion is the whole game, and why the smartest move was never one course but a programme of three or four. That is what the Academy tier is built for.

Hosted for life — on a platform built to sell your next course

Most people hand you a folder of video files and wish you luck. Then you go and rent a platform for $99–$199 a month to put them on. Ours is $97 a month, and on this deal you never pay it.

Yours is hosted for life on the Replicants course platform, on your own domain:

✓Your own private student community, built in
✓Progress tracking, streaks, points and completion certificates
✓Knowledge checks after lessons, so what you taught actually sticks
✓Your student list — yours, exportable, always
✓No monthly platform fee, for life
✓Your own payment page and checkout, built in. Nothing else to buy, nothing else to wire up.
✓We take no commission on anything you sell. Not on the entry course, not on the $1,000 one, not ever. Your card processor takes its own fee; we take nothing.

And here is the part most coaches miss.

The hard sale is the first one. Once somebody has bought your course, finished it and got a result, selling them the next thing isn't a sale — it's a formality. They already trust you. They already know the work works.

Which is why completion is the whole game, and why the assistant is built into the player rather than sold as an extra. Every student who finishes is a student you can sell to again.

So the smartest move was never one course. It's a programme — three or four courses that stack into a journey, on one platform, sold to the same people. The first one wins the customer. The ones after it are close to pure margin.

That is exactly what the Academy tier below is built for.

Clients tell us the moment this becomes real is not the day they say yes. It is the day the finished thing lands — their name on it, their voice in it, and better than they had pictured.

What it comes to, line by line

Every figure here is a real one. The hosting price is what we charge for it, the entry course is what it sells for on its own, and the course figures are our standard done-for-you rates.

The course you have been meaning to build, built for you The high-ticket one. Five modules on Core, eight on Premium, fifteen on Academy. $5,997 to $10,997
Your lead-magnet course, the one that brings people in The short one you give away to win the customer. Included with every tier, Core upwards. $997
Your platform, for life No monthly fee, ever, and no commission on anything you sell. Costed here at three years of the $97 a month we would otherwise charge, and it does not stop at three. $3,492
The mastermind layer that runs it all The tutor that reads every word of your course, the nudges, the study pairing and the game that keeps people finishing. Academy gets multiple communities. $1,997 to $2,497
Which comes to $12,483 to $17,983 depending on which tier you go with — before you have sold a single place on it.

The reason the gap is that wide is the hosting. We would rather host your courses for life and have you sell more of them than charge you $97 a month to keep them somewhere.

Straight to the launch prices. 30-day no-quibble guarantee.

    Choose your tier

Pick the depth you want. Every tier ships your flagship course, your community, the AI tools that run them, and lifetime hosting. The free entry course that wins the customer in the first place is in every tier too — Core included.

Nothing gets built until you have signed it off.
The next thing that happens is a call with your course strategist, not a build. You agree the plan and approve it — then, and only then, does anyone start.

Pay once and save — or spread it over 12 monthly payments. Switch any time.

The questions you haven't said out loud

"I've tried this before and never finished it."

Most people who buy this already have half a course somewhere. A folder of notes, three recorded modules, a document that stopped in week two. That is the reason this is done-for-you rather than a programme that teaches you to do it yourself: you hand over what you already have, and you are never the person who has to finish it. You approve each stage as it appears, and the build carries on whether or not you had a good week.

    "I don't have enough expertise."

You probably have more than you think. Our guided intake process is designed to draw out your unique stories, strategies, and methods, so we can turn them into a course that truly reflects your value.

"My niche is not one of the ones you showed."

Those examples came out of our own members' bios rather than a list we invented, and they are examples, not a menu. The intake starts from your material, so the pair we build is shaped around what you actually do.

"I'm not sure my course is worth $1,000+."

That's why we do the strategy work with you. We structure your content and transformation in a way that justifies the high-ticket price. You'll be surprised how much value is already inside your knowledge.

"If the free course is that good, why would anyone buy the next one?"

Because finishing something creates the appetite for more of it, not less. They reach the end having been taught by you, noticed by you, and put alongside people doing the same thing. The paid one is not more information. It is more of you, for longer, on their own situation.

    "Who brings me the students?"

You do, and that is exactly why the entry course is free. We build your courses, your community and everything that runs them. The free one is the thing you can put on your site, your social and the end of every post without asking anyone's permission.

    "I hate being on camera."

No problem. Your entire course is voice-narrated using your AI-cloned voice. No camera, no studio, just your voice, professionally delivered.

    "I'm not technical at all."

You don't have to be. We deliver everything done-for-you, including your video, audio, workbooks, and student platform. You approve, we build.

"So do I end up running a community every day?"

No, and the panel above lets you check rather than take our word for it. The tutor answers from your own lessons, the nudges arrive drafted in your voice, and study partners are paired for you automatically. At two hundred students the recommended setup comes to under fifteen minutes a day. Switch on all ten and it is an hour and a quarter — but all ten includes your live session and a half-hour call with each of the few who need one. That part is coaching, not admin.

"And if I don't like what you build?"

You see it before it is finished, not after. You approve each milestone, so a direction you do not like gets changed where it appears rather than at the end. Most builds are delivered inside 14 to 21 days, and there is a 30-day no-quibble guarantee behind the whole thing.

    Frequently asked questions

    1. Is there a limit to how many people I can sell my course to? +
No. Once your course is built and delivered, it's yours to sell to as many students as you'd like, forever. You keep 100% of the sales revenue.
    2. What do I need to get started? +
Your material and around 120 seconds of your voice. Hand over as much or as little as you like — a voice note, a conversation, or everything you have already written — and there is no form you have to complete properly. You then take a call with your course strategist to agree the structure and the sales strategy, and you sign that off before anything is built. We handle the writing, design, narration and packaging.
    3. Will the course be in my voice? +
Yes. We create a custom AI version of your own voice to narrate every module. Combined with your stories and frameworks, the finished course feels unmistakably yours.
    4. Is this just AI slop? +
No, and the difference is who is in charge of it. Every build is run by a course builder — a person on our team whose job is course development — who directs the intake, sets the structure, and reviews, edits and optimises every module before it reaches you. We use the latest models to do the drafting and the narration, the way a studio uses a camera. Nothing is generated and shipped. You also see the work in stages and sign it off, so a lesson that reads like nobody wrote it never gets past you.
    5. What's included in the course package? +
It depends on the tier you choose — Core, Premium, or Academy. Every tier includes both courses — your flagship and the free entry course — along with your community and the AI tools that run them. The flagship is the high-ticket course described above — voice-narrated video modules, written lessons, workbooks, a ready-to-go payment page and automated delivery. The entry course is the shorter product that gets people in the door, built from the same intake so it speaks in the same voice. Alongside them you get your own community and the AI tools that make personal contact affordable at scale, at every tier. The comparison above sets the three tiers side by side.
    6. What exactly is "my community"? +
Your own, on your own domain, running on the Replicants AI platform. Not a group inside somebody else's app, and not a Facebook group you do not control — it carries your name and your branding, and your students join you rather than joining us. See a real one in action — that is our own community, on exactly the software you get, white-labelled to its own domain.
    7. How is my material used? +
Only in your course. What you hand over at intake comes back out as your modules, your workbooks and your narration — it is not used for any other purpose, and it is never reused for anybody else. Everything we produce is yours to download at any time, in the original files.
    8. Who owns the content, and can I use it elsewhere? +
You do, and yes. Once your course is delivered you have full ownership of every asset — modules, scripts, workbooks, audio files and design files — and every one of them arrives ready to use anywhere you like: your own community, your website, a webinar funnel, an email sequence.
    9. What if I want to move platforms? +
Then you take everything with you. You hold every source file we produce, so moving is a download rather than a negotiation, and the course keeps working wherever you put it. Hosting here is free for life — no monthly platform fee, no commission on anything you sell — so there is nothing to leave in order to save money. There is also nothing holding you.
    10. Is this just for high-ticket courses? +
No. The flagship is built to sell at $1,000 or more because that is the level the whole build is designed around, and the entry course exists for the other end of the ladder — low-ticket, or given away to bring people in. You set both prices and you can change them whenever you like. What nobody can promise you is the sales themselves: that depends on your audience and how you promote it. What we deliver is a finished course, structured to convert and ready to sell the day it arrives.
    11. What if I want a refund? +
We offer a 30-day, no-quibble money-back guarantee. If you're not thrilled in the first 30 days, simply let us know and we'll issue an instant full refund. After that the course is yours to keep, evolve or replace as your business grows — most clients come back to add modules or a second course rather than start over.
    12. What happens after I pay? +
You'll have an onboarding email within minutes, and your account is created at the same time, so you can sign in and start handing over your material straight away. You are introduced to your account manager — one named person who knows your account and your build, and who you can message from inside your account whenever you need them. Before anything is built you talk the whole plan through with your course strategist and sign it off. Then we schedule your intake, you record your 120-second voice sample, and the team gets to work. Most courses are delivered inside 14 to 21 days, depending on the package.
